Returns must be approved before being shipped back. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost involved in returning the products and shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returns. Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. Custom items such as custom straps and custom load bars and open bundles of moving blankets are non-refundable.
Buyer must notify Shippers Supplies of any lost or damaged merchandise within 3 days of product delivery.Buyer is responsible for the following:
- Inspecting shipment for lost or damaged products
- Signing the carriers freight bill as short, damaged or incomplete
- Obtaining signature of carrier for lost or damaged products
UPS & FedEx guaranteed shipping is guaranteed by UPS & FedEx, not by Shippers Supplies. We do our best to help you track your product once it leaves our location.
