Our 4-inch by 27-foot Ratchet Strap with Flat Hooks provides ultimate strength and durability for some of the heaviest securement applications on the road on flatbed trailers. This strap is made from our heavy-duty 4-inch wide polyester webbing which features a 24,000 lbs breaking strength and provides excellent durability and strength with minimal stretching.

Polyester webbing also protects against UV Rays from direct sunlight, abrasion, and moisture resistance to prevent mold and mildew so that your straps stay in good condition for longer. You should always inspect your 4-inch ratchet straps before and after every use to ensure that they have not become damaged and are safe to use.

This strap is made with our heavy-duty ratchet which features a 24,000 lbs breaking strength and 4-inch flat hook hardware with a 16,200 lbs breaking strength. Flat Hooks are by far the most popular type of hardware used for flatbed straps and provide a larger surface area to ensure that your cargo remains secured compared to alternative hardware such as wire hooks.

Once assembled this strap provides a 5,400 safe working load limit capacity per strap and can be made in several color options depending on what works best for your application. This strap is approved by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and includes a sewn-on safe working load limit tag. This helps you know exactly what the strap is rated for and to follow general cargo control guidelines rules and regulations. set in place by the DOT.
