Our 4” x 20’ Custom Ratchet Strap with Flat Hooks is designed for heaving hauling applications on flatbed trailers. This ratchet strap is made from our heaviest duty 4-inch wide polyester tie-down webbing that provides ultimate strength and durability and features a 24,000 lbs breaking strength.

The ratchet hardware measures 12 inches in length and weighs approximately 8 lbs. This 4-inch ratchet strap should only be used for flatbed cargo control applications due to its size and strength. This ratchet hardware features a 24,000-breaking strength and is zinc-coated to help prevent corrosion and rust.

The Flat Hook Hardware features a 16,200 lbs breaking strength and provides a wider style hook hardware to ensure that once secured it does not slide off of the winch track along the rub rails of the flatbed trailer. Once assembled this strap has a safe assembly working load limit rating of 5,400 lbs per strap.
